Honey, one of the natural syrups, contains glucose, fructose, vitamins, and minerals. It offers a large number of benefits. Honey was considered good for health in ancient times, and the story continues till today even after scientific intervention—researchers also accepted its value and they endorsed its use in various ways. * To preserve fruits for the coming winter season, add honey to the crushed or sliced fruit and freeze it. For whole fruits, add 1 cup of water and two cups of honey till the fruit is covered.
